How Much Does It Cost to Hire a Drag Queen in Sydney?

Published 27 July 2026 · Syd Showgirls

Private events, hens parties and venue bookings with Syd Showgirls start from $800 + GST. Corporate events are quoted to the brief. Above that starting point, every booking is shaped by a handful of real factors, so the fairest final figure is a tailored quote.

What shapes the price

Five things move the cost of a Sydney booking up or down:

• Group size and format. A tight hosted drag bingo for thirty guests is a different job to a full cabaret show for three hundred.
• Run time. A single feature performance costs less than a host who runs your whole night.
• Number of performers. One queen, a duo or a full cast all price differently.
• Location and travel. We perform right across Sydney; venues well beyond the CBD may attract a travel fee.
• Production. PA, lighting, costume changes and props all factor in.
