Syd Showgirls is a drag and burlesque agency based in Sydney, run by working performers who understand the industry from the inside. We book unapologetically bold talent for bucks parties, hens nights, corporate events, private functions across New South Wales.

We represent a rotating cast of professionals who bring energy, polish and consistency to every gig. We expect professionalism, clear communication and presence. In return, we offer well-organised gigs, clear expectations and same-night pay.

We don’t take a cut from your pay. Our booking fee is charged separately to the client. The rate we offer you is the exact amount you receive. Superannuation is included, and you’re paid on the night. No chasing, no guesswork.

You will not be locked into exclusivity. We act as your booking agent only. You remain fully freelance, and we book you on a subcontractor basis, gig by gig. We promote your services through our platforms, brief you clearly before each booking, and advocate for you with our clients.

We back our cast the way we expect to be backed. If you're prepared, professional and ready to deliver with zero nonsense, we want you on our roster.

Representation Terms

By submitting this form, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following:

• Syd Showgirls acts solely as your booking agent
• You will be subcontracted for individual gigs
• You remain responsible for your own tax and public liability insurance
• We will promote your services using your provided images and bio
• You will be paid the full rate we offer you, with no deductions
• Our agency fee is billed directly to the client and does not come out of your pay
• Superannuation is included 
• Payment is made on the night of your performance
• If you accept a booking through us, you are expected to show up on time, prepared and in costume
